You'll be able to take down one of them, if you're lucky-two! But not more! My character is level 11 right now and I'm only able to take down 2 guards, but just by using a Health Potion, otherwise-forget it :x. Comment by Allakhazam I got the battered chest and food crate. Comment by Allakhazam I believe a food crate was mistaken for the chest mentioned above, which I did confirm was just outside the entrance of the building. Comment by Allakhazam did this as a level 9 mage, just kill the mobs outside maggot's house then take him out and grab the chest in his house, but be careful of the murlocs who come up from the shoreline.

Comment by Allakhazam can't believe i looked down the whole beach and the farm but never actually went into the building. Comment by Allakhazam Garren's Haunt is directly north of Brill. Maggot Eye is in a shack at the NW corner; there are a couple of gnolls patrolling around but it was no problem. He's lvl 10 non-elite.
